Manchester City Player Ratings
Ederson – 6/10
Made a crucial save during Semedo’s one-on-one break, preventing the home team from taking a two-goal lead in the first half. There was almost nothing to do in the second half, as the team was almost the only one attacking.
Rico Lewis – 7/10
He is the closest to Strand Larsen but he doesn’t really threaten him. However, that was his only real flaw in the game, as he was otherwise useful for the โปรโมชั่น ufabet team when building up the attacking line, sliding into midfield, and had several good passes.
John Stones – 7/10
He was also responsible for Wolves’ opening goal, not getting close enough to Strand Larsen, but then became the hero with a header to score the winner.
Ruben Dias – 6/10
There were some minor flaws aside from the home team’s opening goal. They almost had their name on the scoresheet when they took a long-range shot but Sa denied them.
Josko Gvardiol – 8/10
He allowed Semedo time to cross the ball before setting up Strand Larsen’s goal but he redeemed himself with a superb long-range effort to equalise. He has been involved in both defence and attack since then, mostly in attack.
Mateo Kovacic – 6/10
He wasn’t as controlled as Rodri, but one thing that made him different was his ability to carry the ball through the midfield, which added a nice dimension before he was substituted.
Ilkay Gundogan – 7/10
He made several beautiful passes, made some good runs and tried to get into the penalty area, which is his specialty, but he did not have enough coordination with Haaland, leaving the other team isolated.
Bernardo Silva – 6/10
He has a strong ball control in his own style, runs like a horse, is diligent in pressing, and even has a shot that was saved by Sa.
Savinho – 6/10
He looked dazzling every time he got the ball, but his final decision-making in both shooting and passing was not good, even though he had a chance to score. He even got a yellow card.
Jeremy Doku – 6/10
Not unlike Savinho, who looks dangerous when he gets the ball and dribbles past his opponents, and also has chances to shoot from time to time, but the final moment is disappointing. It is no wonder that both players were substituted.
Erling Haaland – 4/10
He has scored 8 goals against Wolves but was very isolated in this game, only having a few touches and, disappointingly, not having any chances to shoot.
